Are international flights included?

No, international flights are NOT included. This gives you flexibility to book flights from your preferred airline and departure city. Our tours include everything once you arrive in Egypt: accommodation, private guide, transport, entrance fees, and specified meals. We can recommend flight options if needed.

How do I pay for my Egypt tour?

We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), bank transfer, and PayPal. A 25% deposit secures your booking, with the balance due 30 days before departure. For bookings within 30 days, full payment is required.

Can I modify my booking?

Yes! We offer flexible modifications up to 14 days before departure at no extra charge. Add days, change hotels, adjust activities — we'll accommodate your needs. Changes within 14 days may incur a small fee depending on availability.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel 30+ days before: Full refund minus £50 admin fee. Cancel 15-29 days: 50% refund. Cancel 0-14 days: No refund. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance for peace of mind.

Is this a confirmed booking?

This form submits a booking request, not a confirmed booking. We'll respond within 2 hours with a personalised itinerary and quote. Once you approve and make a deposit, your booking is confirmed.

Do I need a visa for Egypt?

UK citizens need a visa. You can get an e-visa online (~£25) before travel, or purchase on arrival at Egyptian airports (~$25 USD). Visas are NOT included in our tour packages but we can advise on the process.

Are domestic flights in Egypt included?

Yes! Domestic flights within Egypt (e.g., Cairo to Luxor, Cairo to Aswan, Cairo to Abu Simbel) ARE included when part of your itinerary. Only international flights to/from Egypt are not included.
